Process of Solid Wall Construction

1st Day: Steel Reinforcement and Inspection

Each Steel Crew arrives at the job with the proper equipment and necessary materials to complete the job, eliminating deliveries or potential delays and waste on the job site.

Inspection is completed.

The forms will be delivered and placed at the job site by Superior Concrete Construction's Knuckle Boom to maximize form setting efficiency.

2nd Day: Form Panel Placement & Concrete Pour

A Panel Setting Crew will place the form panels according to the blueprint, incorporating our state of the art window bucks in that process.

Concrete is coordinated by our Company and poured into the forms by one of our Concrete Pumps, eliminating potential delays.

3rd Day: Form Panel Removal & Clean-up

A Loading Crew will then remove the forms from the set concrete walls, put in baskets and then be removed from the job site by a Knuckle Boom. Afterwards, mastic is applied to spreader ties. Houses are then swept out and any trash removed.

This 1, 2, 3 Step process only requires one call from the job site superintendent to Superior Concrete Construction and on call to arrange the inspection.

On the 4th Day the project can be turned over to other trades to begin their process.
